Things You Need to Know

We founded SEEC Solutions with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Goods are sold as advertised and subject to our 30 day returns policy. 


Sealed products must be returned unopened and unused including but not limited to jewellery and personal care. If sealed goods have been opened or used other than transit damage, returns will not be accepted. 


In the first instance please contact us within 14 days of receipt to advise of an issue or cancellation. Goods should be returned (where advised by us to do so) within 14 days and refunds (where applicable) will be made within 7 days of approval following receipt. Returns and the costs associated are the responsibility of the buyer including any insurance cover. To help us resolve your problem or cancellation and refund quickly please send us a message providing your name, item details (order number) and images of the item (particularly where damaged on arrival). 


Refunds will be issued only when goods are received in unused/undamaged condition (except when returns are based on loss or damage in transit to the buyer)and following inspection.The Buyer should retain items until issues are resolved or otherwise instructed by us.

Please be aware that once your order is dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled and will be subject to our returns & refunds policy.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Our returns and refunds policy applies.

Shipping

We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control. At present, delays may also be experienced as a result of Coronavirus restrictions but we will do our best to minimise the impact to our customers and to keep you informed. Products are generally dispatched within 3 business days and delivery is normally within 5 business days from dispatch (UK Shipping). Products shipped from outside of the UK are normally expected to arrive within 15-30 days from dispatch.

Our usual Shipping Method is Standard Delivery Mainland UK. Additional charges may apply to areas outside of mainland postcodes. We will confirm any additional charges for you and prior to processing your order. Expedited delivery is available on some products, please message us for confirmation of shipping costs.
